Apologies if this sounds like a dumb answer, but I can't quite tell if you know about AR yet or not. To enter cheat codes, you'll need to purchase an Action Replay device. They're really common these days, so you could probably find one at your local electronics store, or any place that distributes video games. The AR device should come with instructions on how to enter codes.
