WHere can I find elekid?the day care doesent give you his egg in soulsilver.

The only way to get Elekid is by breeding or by trade.
I would try and breed Electabuzz or Electivire with Ditto.

Well you cannot find it but you can find an electabuzz on route 10, then go to route 34 and 35 and get a ditto then put them both in the day care wait for a bit then there should be a egg with Elekid in it and route 10 is in Kanto.
