kanto map is not showing
I already beat the elite four, collected all 16 badges and defeated red. but when i turned on my game this morning the kanto map wasnt showing neither was the elite four either anything past mt. silver wouldnt show the map wouldnt move the only way i can go to kanto now is by the train. how do i fix the map. oh by the way i do use an action replay

A lot of people seem to be having this problem and upon looking it up I have find the solution.
Go to Olivine City, then go inside the S.S. Aqua using the Walk Through Walls Code, then get through the guard at the port, go past the guard at the ship. Then go through the sailor inside the ship without talking to him, then talk to him when you passed him and he is supposed to say that you have arrived at Vermilion City(don't worry just talk to the guy once regardless what he says and then exit you will be in vermilion city).
By then your Kanto Map should be back, if not exit the port and go to another city by walking.

you have to be in kanto to fly all over kanto and joto to fly around joto

Why don't you just change the date on your DS instead of messing it up more with Action Replay codes? If you change it to a Monday or Friday, you can take the SS. Aqua without the codes.
