How do I get to the Pokeflute station
I can't get to Pewter City because I do not have the Pokeflute station to wake the snorlax because it is blocking diglett cave... Please help

After you get the machine part to fix the power plant, go to the radio tower director in kanto. He should give you the EXPN card to upgrade your radio, which means you can now listen to all of the Kanto stations. When you go to pokegear radio, use the up arrow key all the way
To the top of the circle. It should be there.

I believe you get the pokeflute station in The Goldenrod city radio tower.
