Rampardos Help

I'm new to the Pokemon Ranger series and I am having immense difficulty defeating the Team dim Sun's Rampardos at the cliffs.
Can anyone tell me how to defeat it?

Just bring a fighting type to assist you, and when you face a difficult Pokemon like rampardos, don't try to make long loop streaks unless you've mastered it. I suggest you do do it slowly for better results. Hope this helps!

Just loop as fast as you can and wenever an ! Appears above his head stop because it means he is goin to attack

Get lots of steel Pokemon to stop it's attacks from working so you can keep looping it
