#118- Yanma: Union Road; Requires Slam x1
#126- Mankey: Peril Cliff
#131- Aron: Peril Cliff
#132- Lairon: Volcano Cave
#180- Chroma Highway; Requires Slam x1
#263- Celebi: After completing all 59 optional quests, you will unlock one final quest called "Wish For Vein Forest". Complete that quest. Only during this quest is Celebi found deep in Vein Forest. You will need Surf x1 to get to her. You will then have to chase her down.
