Well it is found in the ice lake I think in the part where you enter from the south where you catch empoleon

Capture a piloswine. Once you're done with capturing it, go to the entrance of the fast currents of hia valley and capture, then ride an empoleon. Take the second path to the left you see and follow that path avoiding the whirlpools. Then you'll see various paths. Take the second one that goes down and just follow the current. You're on a new "screen" now. Go straight until you see a path to the left. Take it. You shoul've broken 4 icebergs. Go down to break two more, but don't go all the way down! Make a U-turn to the left avoiding the whirlpools and breaking the 2 icebergs I told you before and continue up until you go to another "screen". Then get off empoleon and you'll find Abomasnow, disguised as Solid snow. Use the piloswine you capture before to clear the solid snow and to wake-up and capture abomasnow.
