Question for Pokemon Ranger: Shadows of Almia

When you've just got into the ranger union and you're on the mission with a boy that you met in school, - the mission where you have to get a skarmory to clear the fog, the one where you use drifblim to go up levels - there is a door which you have to open with a Pokemon with 4 tackle or 4 cut(to be honest I can't remember) where do you find that spacific pokemon?
I've been stuck since the day I got the game.

You need a bastiodon. There's one inside the cave, but if you can't find it, go outside to chroma highlands and capture it. Also, remember to bring a skunktank, you'll need and find it inside chroma ruins. Hope this helps!
