Munchlax/Pachirisu Quest

I've Caught all execpt Celebi Munchlax and Parchirisu. And I can't get the quest for Munchlax or Parchirisu I know that Celebi is a quest after you finish them all. But my Question is how to get munchlax's and parchaisu's quests I've finished all of the other quest but I still can't their quests what do I do?

When you beat the game, go talk to you're little sister at home. She'll tell you sumthin is makin noise in you're room and to go check it out. I can't tell you the Pacharisu's mission b/c I picked him for a starter.

Well go to your home town and talk to your sister to get munchlax as your partner. I think you talk to your teacher at the school in the office.

Pachirisu's hide amd seek: go and talk to mrs. April(ranger school) and search for pachirisu around the ranger school.

Starly lost it's way: go to haruba desert, and an explorer near hippowdon temple will ask you to rescue starly, it is inside the temple, in the dash panel room to be precise.

Once you've done all the quests, search for ollie in the Vien forest, and he'll ask you to find celebi to help him restore the forest(he created a fire). Use a doduo, celeci moves fast arround the forest.
