If you complete liberate the tower and transfer darkrai to pearl can you start the entire game over again and complete liberate the tower again and send darkrai to diamond.

I don't think you can transfer to pearl but you can with the maphany egg.
You can transfer Darkrai to either Diamond or Pearl. But if you start the whole game over again, you CANNOT transfer Darkrai again.
