I'm stuck on the quest Misdreavus Mischief Mystery. I can't find Misdreavus anywhere in the cave and I wasted a good lot of time to open a sealed door for a Probopass because I thought Misdreavus was there... But no. So where?

This is a quest right? If so here you go
Head to the underground, take the lower right exit and, when you reach
The next area, follow the upper exit. You'll see a Misdreavus, which
Quickly disappears. Next, press up, down, left OR right, and depending on your choice you will (or not) fight this Pokemon - a right choice leads to a battle, while a wrong one merely requires that you re-enter this small area. If you're just unlucky, keep on trying and, eventually, you'll get it right - I pressed down, but it is possible that her is random. After the ensuing battle, this quest will end. It has been a while since I have done this quest, but if I remember correctly, it is is in the room where the Electabuzz would normally be.
Opening that door to the Probopass wasn't a complete waste of time as that Probopass will be required to fulfill one of the later quests in the game.

What stardust said but go back if you recall the researchers text "it likes to scare me behind my back" or something like that
It's easy to find, enter the Chroma Ruins and go west(from the start), but don't use elevate, go south and then east instead. You're in a new "room" now. Take the north path of that room and in the next room you should find misdreavus. When you try to approach it, it dissapears. And appears behind you. Instead of turning back and getting scared by misdreavus, cotinue forward and misdreavus will get scared of you. That's your chance of capturing it. Hope this helps! Oh and keep the Probopass for Quest 61: "Ponte's Path to Take". You'll need it.
Misdrevios (i know it's wrong) it's where electivire is in chroma ruins (the first cavern)
StarDust is right you must press down I pressed down and I met her
He's in the electabuzz room, just when you enter go down-right, then enter the up door on the room that has 2 sableyes.
The only thing is that I don't know how to catch it, good luck!
