Touch a Pokemon with your ranger and the circle it.

You use your stylus to circle Pokemon and capture them. Theres no trainers, thers 10 big missions, legendary pokemon. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gen pokes.

What you have to do is go up to a Pokemon with your stylus then you will get into a fight with it ore them then you just circle around them till they turn white
