If you're fast, like me wait untill it shoots out those electro-balls then you should be able to get in two cicles beetween every ball.

If you have a blaziken use that then wait till he attacks in between his attack cicle around him with your stylus that should do it for you

You shouud use some Pokemon to help you, or go really, really fast or go slow and circle around his attacks.
