I am confused I am stuck in the Krokka Tunnel and see the pole on the other side of the water beside the zubats but I cannot get across and connot find any Pokemon wit the correct skill to get me across and cannot get out of the cave to fine one can't any one help

That is for catching Registeel.You need Tangela from somewhere.When you complete the game,you can take Pokemon out of thier habitat.
