You have to beat Gordor (the Go-Rock Squad boss)who has the only legendaries youll encounter in pre-ending Entei,Suicune and Raikou.once he's done the game will end and Ranger Net will come on the opening menu.Go on to it if you want to catch Deoxys,Mew and Celebi.If you want The Regis,Groudon,Kyogre and Rayquaza go on to Continue.
