Ok once you beat the game like beating entei raikou and suicune the credits will roll and blah blah. And then when it says the end it should say you unlocked ranger net. And then continue the game not from the ranger net but the story one. And then I think ull get called to fall city.for a mission for kyogre. You're going to have to go on the lapras so you can check out why are there whirlppol in thewater. But you get sucked in by the whirlpools and ull meet kyogre. Then ull go to summerland and go in the temple where you did the 4 challenges temple and groudon willbe somewhere in there. And then you go to wintown. And then you go on top of the place where you fought raikou suicune, etc. And then ull find rayquaza. Be warned he is quite tough everytime he touches the line he puts a lot of twisters around. hope I helped and you're welcome

Complete the game and ranger net will appear. Ranger net has no code unless you mean the manaphy egg code the code is:
