How do you get past the red sensers in the go rock squad hideout?

It is really just a matter of figuring out the pattern for them,and just incase you don't know,you have to avoid stepping on the red panels when they are red. After that I think you have to battle some of the go rock squad with their toughest Pokemon yet, and I vaugly remember that one of them is a camurupt that is really hard to capture,but keep trying and youl get it if you don't get it on the first try,but as I previosly wrote,it's very hard to capture, but if at first you don't succeed try,try again. After that you will have to beat some more of the go rock squad with maybe the toughest Pokemon you will ever try to capture. The Pokemon will be something like larvitar pupitar,and tyranitar,so if I were you,I would save every time I see a save spot. I hope this awnser helps and goodluck bye!
