Question for Pokemon Ranger

I beat the game and at the end of the credits, it says I unlocked ranger net.

Where is ranger net?

It is a place you can go to do extra 4 extra missions which include: capturing Mew, capturing deoxys, capturing celebi, and recovering the manaphy egg which can then be traded to your diamond/pearl via wireless link

Ranger net is in the starting menu. It allows you to capture Pokemon otherwise unobtainable via special missions.
