Pokemon platinum Cheryl/Mira walk through wall glitch.
I used AR code to walk through walls in Pokemon platinum. I am in celestic town now and whenever I go into grass, 2 wild Pokemon appears at once with Mira battling with me. After any kind of battle, single or double, she heals all my pokemons completely. At first I thought this was cool as there was no need of going to the Pokemon centre to get my pokemons healed after battles. But now I cannot use fly, surf, or bicycle and it says that you cannot use it when someone is with you. I read somewhere that this happens because of the walk through walls cheat. I have tried deactivating the cheat and taking it off and waiting for days but nothing happened. I've come really far in the game and I cannot reset. This did not happen with me when I cheryl accompanied me in the eterna forest, but happened with mira at wayward cave. If this would have happened with cheryl accompanying me everywhere, I could have met mera and the glitch would have stopped. But this is happening with mira and I don't know how to fix this.
If there's a fix to this, please tell. Also if there's a cheat to play certain part of the game again, I'll re play the wayward cave part to get rid of this glitch.
Ps: I also read somewhere that this causes problems with catching legendary pokemons.
Please help, I'm stuck :(

Try this:
First, get into Amity Square at Hearthome City properly without cheating and make sure your Pokemon comes out of it's Poke Ball. Speak with the lady at the counter which will cause your Pokemon to go back into it's Poke Ball. Walk through the blue building to get back to Hearthome City. Walk on a grassy patch and check whether the double battle glitch has disappeared. Cheryl and Mira should have disappeared.
If this solution does not work, you will probably need to delete your data and start your Pokemok journey from scratch.
Never save a Pokemon game with the double battle glitch. It will break essential features such as the ability to ride a bicycle or use the HM Fly. I have performed the double battle glitch myself by walking out of Amity Square with my Pokemon out of it's Poke Ball by using the Move Anywhere/Walk Through Walls cheat. It was a terrible idea.
I hope the solution in the first paragraph works!

Thank you man you are my saviour when i enter in wayward cave in going smoothly but the path of wayward cave is confusing there im use lot of max repels when my repela are gone then im find that girl then im on the cheat and this glitch happenGuest answered:
1. Turn off the Walk Through Walls cheat.
2. Walk/Run legitimately to Hearthome City.
3. Make sure you have a valid Pokemon that can enter Amity Square at the top of Hearthome City. Your Pokemon must come out of it's Poke ball.
4. Legitimately walk out of Amity Square. Your Pokemon will go back inside your Poke ball.
5. Have a battle with a person or a wild Pokemon. It will be a normal single battle.
I have tested this solution and it works!
I think your Pokemon replaces Cheryl/Mira when it is out of it's Poke ball. When you put it back inside it's Poke ball, the game is probably tricked into removing the person/Pokemon that follows you.
