Can't use my coupons in exchange for a Poketech. Have them, but won't give me the "use" prompt. How do I get my Poketech?

Make sure you have 3 Poketch coupons then talk to the president in the middle of Jubilife City. To get them there are 3 clowns in Jubilife City. Answer the questions correctly and recieve the coupons.
