How do you revive fossils?Right now I have a Lileep fossil. Please help!

Go to the mine museam talk to the man at the
counter and he will turn it alive.

The mine museum is in Oreburgh. Oh, and when the man tells you to come back later, make sure you have an empty slot in your party and you can immediately go back in the museum after you leave. He complains you have been gone way too long (which is odd because you just left!) and he gives it to you as a pokemon.
