Volt Tackle Pichu

You have to breed. Make sure the mother of the baby Pichu is going to be a Pichu, Pikachu or Raichu, or you won't have one. The father can be any Pokemon in the Pikachu family's egg group, but if you want the baby Pichu to learn Volt Tackle, the father will have to know it. When the baby Pichu hatches from the egg, it should know Volt Tackle.

Baby Pokemon are born the same Pokemon, or the most basic Pokemon in the mother's family, as the mother. However, it will know some of the father's moves.

Go to the trophy garden and find a pikachu that have an item call "light ball".put the pikachu with the ditto to get a egg with a pichu with volt tackle. To find the pikachu I recommended to use a Pokemon with the ability "frisk" or something like that. Good luck.

Catch a wild female Pikachu which is holding the item "Light Ball". Then go to the Pokemon Day Care centre and put the Pikachu and a male Pokemon of the same egg group eg: Cherrim, Shroomish, Glalie, Roselia... In the day care centre. Then talk to the man outside the day care and he'll give you a Pichu egg which should know Volt Tackle! (Just make sure you have a space in your party.)

First, capture a Pokemon that can breed with Pikachu (I use a Cherrim normally) Pikachu must be the female. Then the hard part comes, finding a Pikachu holding a Light Ball and catch it or steal the item using a move like thief. I agree with the person who said using a Pokemon with the ability Frisk, so you can see what item the wild Pikachu is holding. Just to let you know, Pikachus are rare and for every Pikachu you meet, there is only a 5% chance of it holding a Light Ball. It took me forever to find one myself.
