Can anyone make a code for a pikachu?

A pikachu who is level 100, max stats, shiny, has these moves: VoltTackle-Thunder-Thunderbolt-Charge, with the ability Drizzle, and with a Rash nature?

Press L and R to activate. Deposit all of your Pokemon and keep one cheap Pokemon in your party. The Pikachu is holding a light ball so when you breed it, you will get a Pichu with Volt Tackle. Plz Rate.
