Name Rater?

Hi there,
I was wondering where the name rater is because I 4got.
I am also wondering where to get the electrivier thing so that I can evolve my electabuzz

The Name Rater is in the Eterna Condominiums building in--obviously--Eterna City. It's the big building right next to the Pokemart; you can't miss it.

Oh,and about the Electerizer...wild Electabuzz occasionally carry them, so keep a Pokemon with the Thief move on hand. Oh,and when you DO get the item, let your Electabuzz hold it and then trade it. It will then evolve.
