EV training hotspots

People probably ask this all the time but where could I find the best trainers or wild Pokemon to battle for EV's in each stat. I am new at EV training so any tips would also be helpful

Thanks, chadlum616

I usually train mines at the Elite Four since they are like the only trainers who you can battle with high levels but if you really think wild preferred over trainers then maybe try Stark Mountain, open water, or somewhere that has a high chance of encounters of wild evolutioned pokemons.

And if it is a Pokemon you don't have, try catching it. I recently was training by a super rod in Route 226 and caught a wild Relicanth and Seadra!

Poke Radar in Route 227 is good for lvl. 51s to 59s.
Just make sure you go to the places far away from where you're standing because it will have a high chance of battling a Pokemon that is the same as the Pokemon that was last encountered.
