You cal also go to the battle frontier. What I do is talk to dawn sister and she tell me where to find a Pokemon that don't appear in the pokedex. Hope this help.

Complete the national pokedex catch heatran (go back to stark mountain) catch regigigas catch palkia and dialga buy a villa try to catch all unowns go to the trophy garden and catch the new Pokemon (if you're national pokedex is complete)
