Please tell me I'm having trouble trading from platinum to wii (pokemon battle revolution)

Wii probably doesn't recognize Platinum. Remember, the PBR (Proffesional bull riding, lol) was made before Platinum Version was, so chances are you'll have to get an update, if possible... It might not update.
Trade the Pokemon to Diamond or Pearl, then go to PBR and upload the pokemon.

To copy your Pokemon from platinum to Pokemon battle revolution, you must have:
- a ds
- a Pokemon platinum game
- a wii console
- a Pokemon battle revolution game
First step, make sure you have at least 7 Pokemon saved in the game(full party and 1 in the box). Then on Pokemon battle revolution, click the green-blueish square on the main menu. Then click "copy pokemon", and click again to start communications.
Turn on your ds with Pokemon platinum game on, and on the main menu (the one with blue background), select "connect to wii". The process should start. When finished, turn off the ds and go to the purple square on the PBR's main menu. Select battle pass, then custom pass, and have fun making your own pass for Pok�mon Battle Revolution!

If you want to transfer pok�mon to the Wii, it must be done with a Nintendo DS game card belonging to the Gen IV Pok�mon Game Series(Pearl, Platinum, Heart Gold, etc.), which you can either buy or borrow from a friend.

You have to search for surrounding areas for a wii system.After you are connected you only have to select trade.
