Is it true that you can get shiny Pokemon by hatching the same Pokemon from eggs? Like if you hatch a pilup over and over is there a chance to get a shiny piplup?

It's possible but it's very rare so if you want shiny
Either:
Get lucky
Or just spend loads of time breeding the pokemon.
It is true you can but, it is very, very rare. A better way would be to try
And get a long chain of the same Pokemon with the pokeradar. I hope this helped. Good Luck.
It's nearly impossible because of the small chance of getting them. 1 in 8000+.
