Then is there a way to get a valid legendary Pokemon so I can trade it in the GTS?

Yes as I answered your question previously before,you can but they have to be legit.If you have FireRed/LeafGreen or Sapphire/Ruby/Emerald you can migrate your legendaries to your DS Pokemon game but they will appear at Pal Park where you will need to catch them but the good thing is you have 100% catch rate there.Another option is to trade or trade over wifi.Hoped I helped,please rate.
