Is it possible to get shaymin without cheating oevents? Like is there a way to get oak's letter over wi-fi mystery gift? I really want a shaymin!!!!!

My friend did something with my Platinum and I got Oaks letter to get Shaymin, but I think he used cheats. Sorry. =/

You don't need to cheat!!! The event will be available through Nintendo Wi-Fi starting on September 28 and will end on November 8.
