1. Glameow and Stunky are "Missing" Pokemon, meaning that they cannot be obtained in Platinum. You have to trade the from Diamond and Pearl to Platinum.
2. There is no way of knowing when they all are. However, they will announce all events on Serebii.net.
3. The Oval Stone evolves Happiny when used during the day.

1.The only way to get glameow and stunky is by this way. If ya want glameow, trade it from pearl. If you want stunky, trade from diamond.
2.Unkown, go to Pokemon.com to find out.
3. You give an oval stone to a happiny and level it up during day time while holding the oval stone.
