How do I beat (Pastoria City Gym Leader)?
This is the hardest and farthest I have got in the game. When it's his turn to battle I lose within 2 hits.

You should raise your Pokemon alot and use grass or electric parts except for quagsire use grass.

You could use electric type moves or grass type moves.
Dont use fire type though. And water type wont work that well...(my starter was piplup) maybe you should level up your Pokemon some more.

In Harthome City you can get an evee from Bebe and evolve it into a Jolteon and teach it moves like thunderbolt.
