how do i get to see rotom?
I have been at the old chateau for over a week now at the tv and it says that "this tv has a malevolent feel,as if it's staring" and thats all it says.touch the tv at 8:00 and this is all it says.anyone please help me.

You are supposed to look at the tv in between 8:00 p.m. And 4:00 a.m. it should say that "there appears to be a Pokemon inside."

Do you have the national pokedex yet if so Rotom should attack you if not get th national dex

You can change your time from 8:00p.m to 4:00am
I too surely agree with hellfire17.
As for jwp14,you don't even need national pokedex

You have to beat gardenia first then go examine the tv between 8 pm and 4 am
