When you get waterfall you can access a small cave. There will be 2 orbs. Pick up one of them then go to spear pillar. There should be a vortex there. Approach it to battle dialga/palkia. Repeat for other legendary

First you beat the elite 4 then stop team galatic from getting heatran then talk to the elder of celestic town she will tell you the adament orb will summon dialga and the lusteus orb will summon palkia then go to mt cornet and go to the room with the watterfall go up the fall and in a cave there will be the 2 orbs then go to the top of mt cornet and there will be a blue rift with diaga then after catching go in and out and there will be a pink rift with palkia. They both are at lvl 70 and know the same moves exept for their signature moves.
