How do you get Rage Candy Bars? I've completed the story and the guy wont give any to me. Please Help.

Rage candy bars are not legally obtainable.
Theres a lot of talk over what they actually do, whether it is level up your Pokemon by 5 levels or heals only 20 hp.
Nobody knows, though, because they are unobtainable.
They were mentioned in a previous game, I believe it was the GSC games.
Still, they were unobtainable.

They were obtained in Mohogany Town in the gold silver and crystal games for $300, they healed a Pokemon for 20 hp. They are not legitimately obtainable in Diamond pearl and platinum despite their mention.

if you go to fullmoon island you can find one with the rador in pokemon platinum

If you use your radar in on you're poke-tech and go to the victorious road 'thing' you could find about 5 rage candy bars use them to level up you're Pokemon by 1 level

You can get them from vielstone shopping center but a man bought all of them, doesn't let you have them
