Professor Rowan's assistant gives it to you when you talk to him at the entrance of route 206, you can also win one in the Jubilife's TV lotto corner. Hope this helps!

I forgot, you must have seen at least thirty five different kinds of Pokemon in order to recieve the experience share. Hope this helps.

Proffesor Rowan's Aide/Lucas'/Dawn's Dad will give it to at Eterna City, at the South Exit near the Gym. But only after you have seen over 30 different Pokemon.
