Can you breed a Rotom?

No, Rotom is unbreedable. The only way to breed him is to use an Action Replay code to get more or use it to make every Pokemon breedable with Ditto

Yes................i ussually use DITTO to breed,but you could use any in the AMORPHOUS group(gengar,drifblim,dusclops,ect...)

Rotom can be bred with only Ditto. I thought he could not be bred, but I checked serebii.net to find out for sure.
