How do I get to the dude in Amity Park that gives me the rare be
Okay, I listened to a cheat that was submitted by Star_Meteor_Dragon and the last part of that cheats says to warp around from the east gate until I found it, well guess what, I never found it. Are you sure it is like that? Filet5

If you walk past Fantina's Gym and go into that entrance of Amity Square, you should go into the building and start pressing different random directions on the d-pad until you get to the guy. It works for me all the time, just keep trying.

Skymin is right, if you press buttons INSIDE the warping stone, you can warp to entirely new places in Amity Square. The person is in the west, but you can use this cool tip in the east, too. Skymin is also right with the location. Also he could give you a really rare Accessory instead of 5 rare Berries.
