Where can I find these pokemon?
Where can I find The Pokemon # 64,71,138,159,187,190,193, and 203. These are to complete the Sinnoh Pokedex.

#64 is Ambipom. Cool Trainers and double teams have them. I know there is one Victory Road.
#71 is Gengar. Psycics in Voctory Road have them
#138 is Feebas. That is one of the hardest to find. I found mine in a Double battle in the Hotel Restaurant by Lake Valor.
#159 is Gardevoir. Trainer in Victory road (Cool Trainer or Psycic)
#187 is Rhydon. Trainer (cool trainer) or wild Pokemon both in Victory Road
#190 is Dusclops. I forgot where I saw this Pokemon but you can catch and raise a duskull. I think there is a trainer in victory road with one
#193 is Porygon 2. Trainer, I think in Victory Road. There is one with a scientist in galactic building.
#203 is Swinub. Wild Pokemon on snow covered route before Snowpoint.
It seems to me you missed some trainers with key pokemon. Make it a point to battle every trainer, that way you see all the pokemon.
