Can someone tell me where to find a trainer with an Umbreon. Also where to find a lickeytoung. Thanks to anyone

I don't know were an umbreon is but you can find lickitounge{cant remember how to spell it} on Route 215.

I had a problem seeing and umbreon but you see a trainer with one on the route after the Pokemon mansion. There are a few trainers so persevere and you see him with Umbreon and Espeon.
