Can you breed Empoleon with Inernape/Toterra.

Sorry, you can't. Pokemon can only breed with other Pokemon if they're somewhat alike.

You can't breed any of the three starters in any combination because everyone of them are in different egg groups. Say, for example, I wanted to get a Pikachu egg, I'd breed it with the fairy group and the electric graoup (not sure about the last group though xD)

No. But, you can breed all those Pokemon if you put a Torterra/Empoleon/Infernape in the daycare with a ditto.

Actually, you CAN breed Empoleon with Infernape, since both are part of the field egg group. But no such luck with Torterra, who belongs to the monster and grass groups.
