Honestly, I literally did this today like an hour ago! I was annoyed because I couldn't find any at the place I was supposed to go to. I say you should check Kecleon shops for gummi's. I suggest doing tons of jobs. I found a job that the prize was a blue gummi I didn't have to complete it to know it was that, it said on the job thingy. I think you only need 2 gummis, however.

I'd say just save all blue gummies from throughout gameplay. But maybe Brine Cave.
