Yes you have to have become lvl 100 in destiny tower first then the statue comes alive you fight it defeat it then it goes back to a statue and you have have beaten the original or something

I don't think so but I've herd people say that you have to climb to the hundredth floor of Destiny Tower to reach the Arceus Statue. The Arceus statue will give off the most valuable item, a Space Globe. Then, come back another time and the Arceus statue will come to life. They also say Arceus will be level 100 and now on any Pokemon that join will be level 100. I have only reached the last floor once and got the Space Globe. I don't believe this rumor, but I'll tell you this at least.
