The best idea is to stock up on Reviver Seeds and Sleep Seeds. Chuck a Sleep Seed at Dialga straight away and keep attacking. When it wakes up, throw another seed.
Repeat until Dialga is finished.
If your a fire type like chimchar have all fire type moves beacuse dialgas a steel type and is week against fire types
