If you own an action reply it would do great help:
Enter the level 100 and max HP codes (which are small and easy)
With these, you can press select and your health will be replenished. Or you can hold select and it won't go down-even if he uses Roar of time.
I had tons of trouble beating him, but it seems the only way to beat him is to have some sort of code or cheats. Dialga is insanely hard. Sorry, this is the best I could come up with, hope it helps

I actually beat him without using cheats. It took forever though my team was:
If you find it weird sorry I forgot things alot.
Hero:Skitty lvl 48 Moves-heal bell,protect,sing and double edge? Idk I forgot
Partner:torchic lvl 47 moves-mirror move,flamethrower,fire blast,and maybe ember
Lol

I did too because I leveled up my hero and my partner early on by the time I fought Primal Dialga I'm a level 96 pikachu and my sidekick's a level 95 treecko.
Guest answered:

Use quick attack, flame thrower and other range attacks but STAY AWAY from Dialga at this level. If he uses roar of time, you should be left with about 1/3 of your hp. However, Dialga will be paralyzed and you can attack him a few times. Use only moves by both you and partner and he should be KO'ed. If you're unlucky, bring a reviver seed for assurance. Oran berries aren't the best because Dialga can kill you in one shot sometmes.

Guest answered:

You don't need to use action replay. Here is a tip: Your Vulpix knows fire moves which are super effective to Primal Dialga. You should make it use Fire Blast. I had lots of trouble aswell. It helps if you have Reviver Seeds. Hopefully you can get lucky and find Reviver Seeds of the way. Anything to stop it will help aswell, such as Totter Seeds, Sleep Seeds, X-Eye Seeds, Stun Seeds. I beat it with a Level 52 Mudkip and Treecko (USING 3 REVIVER SEEDS, YES 3).

Guest answered:

Well for me, I didn't use cheats at all. Just keep trying your best until you reached the pinnacle. Be sure to set your moves right though. Next time if you start over the game, use Cyndaquil as a hero and Treecko as a partner. Cyndquil's lava plume and Treecko's agility will really come in handy when it comes to defeat Primal Dialga.

Guest said: 2nd Jul 2018 | REPORT
first try to link thunder wave and a strong electric attack on pikachu use it and use charmanders moves on it
Guest answered:

This the way I beat it.
First, you need a:
Sleep/Paralyze seeds.
Reviver seeds (just in case)
A Pokemon who knows/can learn Focus Punch.
Step 1, Paralyze, Put him to sleep.
Then, Use Focus Punch 2 or 3 times.
Good luck!

Please help me! I am an Eevee level 47, moves are Quick attack, tackle, dig, and Wide slash. My partner is Riolu, level 46 with the moves Quick attack, Force palm, Reversal, and Copycat. I figured that Dig, Force palm, Reversal, and maybe Copycat might help, but I keep dying.

Guest answered:

I beat the game with a level 37 Pikachu as the hero and a Riolu as the partner at the same level. I used a few Reviver Seeds, but Dialga isn't that much of a challenge in my opinion. Pikachu knew Thunderbolt, Iron Tail, Thunder Wave, and Brick Break. Riolu knew Rock Tomb, Brick Break, Shadow Claw, and Quick Attack. It's best if you keep at least 1 status move on your Pokemon if you can. If you can't, get Sleep Seeds or something.

Guest answered:

I beat him rather easily, even though it was the 10th time of trying.
Level 47 Charmander - Fire Fang, Flame Thrower, Shadow Claw, Dig.
Level 47 Squirtle - Water Pulse, Bite, Hydro Pump, Brine.

I just waited one move, let him get a square infront, hit him with flame thrower, then hit him with a sleep seed when he was directly infront, hit him with 2 more flamethrowers, then he woke up, so I made my partner's tactic 'Get out of here' so he wouldnt die, then I use Dig, he used Roar of time, leaving my partner on like 10hp, then my Dig KO'd him, with a nice 260 damage Smile No reviver seeds, even though I had over 20 stocked up.

Guest answered:

It is always best to have some kind of a move like sing or attract, or sleep seeds, blinker seeds, and totter seeds.
I was a skitty, and I had a chikorita partner.
My skitty knew sing, tackle+2 (had drunk two ginsengs), fake-out and wake-up slap. What I did was a made sure that I had several reviver seeds, a totter seed, two sleep seeds, and two blinker seeds. I didn't use but maybe 3 out of I think 7 of my reviver seeds (can never be too careful). When he was in a straight line from me, I used a totter seed, and then I kept attacking and using sing when stuff would wear off. And a couple times I used the wake-up slap, since it does more damage if the target is asleep or napping. The draw-back though, is that the Pokemon does wake up after being hit with that move, when it isn't defeated.

Guest answered:

I beat Dialga without any items...
I kept using Pikachu's Agility, then stunned Dialga with Pikachu's electric moves, and then kept attacking with my Skitty.
I don't know how I did it, but somehow I managed...
BTW, both my Pokemon were level 43
