Theirs a wonder mail code to get a challenge request from it and here is the wonder mail code: WQ1=& 697HR15 3C82% %=3K4 %Y3NP77 #&9WX it's in the beach cave once you defeat it it will join your team! You must have completed bidoffs wish in the special episodes to do this mission. Hope I helped!

Also if you go to spinda's cafe after you beat the game it may take a while but it will challenge you in a dungeon (I can't remember the name) and after you deafeated it it will join your team

Jirachi is recruitable in the secret maze and only by luck.
