Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky

I am in the Temporal Spire. I am a Bulbasor and my partner is Squirtle. I think my level is around 59, and my partner is the same. I think Primal Dialga is around Level 47. I have reached him and tried to beat him many times, and once I almost did (stupid revisor seed). I need to know two things: One, how much health does he have, and two, is there any cheat to beat him?

Well I was a pikachu and my partner was a ckikorita and I had no problem with him I just had trouble with my PP most of my moves didnt have enough but it does take patiance trust me it's well worth it ha ve faith and I don't think there is any cheats for it

Try to stock up on reviver and x-eye seeds. And you might need to use Ginseng or Joy/Golden Seeds. He has around 100 or something health I think.

He has about 750 hp, to beat him you want endevour or explosion (moves that do damage based on the hp). You could try and find a code for 999 hp and/or super xp gain or golden seeds (dialga goes down very fast at lvl 100).
Oh one more thing, he's weak to ground and fight and roar of time has 4 pp and he pauses 1-2 turns after using it

He has more than that cause I hit him with a focus punch and it did 345 damage

I used Squirtle and Treecko on Primal Dialga. Squirtle was about Level 47 and Treecko was about Level 45. I beat him with no problems. I had my Treecko use Dig and I used a bunch of water type attacks and Dig as well. There was one instance where Dialga used Roar of Time while both of us were underground XP. Anyway, if I used the same types as you did, you shouldn't have too many problems. Bulbasaur can't use Dig, so use some other move like a status effect move.

Try to find reviver seeds and stun,sleep,x-eye, and max elixars

I used cnydaquil and skitty. I had use each hold a reviver seed, and as soon as the battle started, I used Protect. P D(Primal Dialgia)spent his turn closing in on me. This fight was the toughest. I ended up using my reviver seed, and chucking two sleep seeds. Hope this helps!
