Well you're in luck.

Riolu is a good Pokemon for taking out Wigglytuff, who has alot of HP. His fighting type moves work great against Loudred, Diglet, Dugtrio. As for Meowth, I suggest you teach him attacks that effect targets in the whole room or Powerful Normal type attacks.

Bring lots of Reviver and Sleep Seeds.

Try using Wide Slash TMs. last I checked, both Riolu
