Well if your talking about Pokemon Platinum, after you've caught Giratina, find the Griseous Orb in the Distortion World
I think he comes that way but I don't know! Srry to disappoint you but I think he comes that way when he joins your team. There might be another way but I don't know. Maybe find a griseous orb like in platinum but I seriously don't know! Hope that I helped!
