i went to zero island and got it plus two wonder gummis and a wonder chest!

Well the best to get it is cheat or go to north isle 75 and bring a key
There are a few ways:
1) Transfer from Time/Darkness.
2) Beat Zero Isle North 75F and itll be 1 of 4 rewards in last room.
3) Cheat using AR.
